Kindly be guided by the following procedures and protocols:
- On Day 1 all members are asked to be seated by 8:15 a.m.
- Should you require a letter for ‘Request of leave’ to attend kindly submit the name of the person the letter is to be addressed to and the appropriate address by April 21st, 2023.
- Should you as a Synod Representative be unable to attend kindly inform your alternate. Please submit a courtesy to the Synod office via email/mail in advance of the day/s you would be absent.
The Documents for the Synod meetings will be available on Tuesday 25th April 2023 at the Synod’s Office from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. One member of each Pastoral Region can collect for all members.
